With weather as amazing as it was while I was in Amsterdam, it was hard to force myself inside the many museums I wanted to visit. I did visit and revisit some of my favorites, but the sun and gentle (what a treat!) warmth encouraged walking. Walking and more walking is pretty much what I did for the entire time I was in Holland and Belgium, which may explain why I have barely left my room here in Cambridge since I arrived. That, plus the rain! (Oh, lovely rain! It is 55 degrees today, soggy, grey: the other kind of weather I love). Anyway, Amsterdam was positively beautiful, so here are a few more shots.
