Still more Casa Erica

When we lived on Avenue de la Corniche, it turned into a dirt road at the end, which wasn't far beyond our house. Now it is paved and extends much further down. It actually curves around and meets the road that ran behind Casa Erica. There are a lot of new houses, all of them pretty spectacular. However, some of the construction is not so awesome. This is what you see as you come out of the driveway at Casa Erica:



Here's the road that runs behind the house. My memory is that the lake with the Schweppes factory is down that road, but the road is closed and under construction, and when I asked the lady of the house if there was another way to walk there, she looked at me like I was crazy! Apparently it's a long way off....
